Approved Colleges & Universities

Newlin Scholars must agree to apply to schools of higher learning within the PA State System of Higher Education. Including community college there are 19 choices of which 15 are state owned universities with 4 branch campuses and 4 state related universities.

Scholars may apply to other Colleges and Universities, but it is unlikely that the Newlin Foundation will provide financial assistance for schools outside of the PA State network listed below.
