Reginald (Reggie) Ward

Reggie has extensive experience in public service administration, financial oversight, and organizational leadership. He served as the Executive Director of the Executive Office for former PA State Legislator Harry Lewis. Reggie’s public and corporate position responsibilities included managing operations, budgets, and staff while delivering effective constituent and community-focused services. He brings strong expertise in cost management, process improvement, and mission-driven program support across nonprofit and public-sector environments to the Newlin Foundation Board. Reggie is a graduate of Delaware State University and has performed graduate work at Penn State University and West Chester University.
